1. The CCA Global Partners, Inc. The Tigressa Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on 5/16/10 at 12:00:00 AM (ET) and ends on 8/20/10 at 11:59:59 PM (ET) (the "Promotion Period'). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by CCA Global Partners, Inc. (the "Sponsor") whose decisions are final relating to all respects of the Sweepstakes.

2. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

   1. Via Mail: During the Promotion Period, visit a participating Carpet One Floor & Home®, Flooring America®, and Flooring Canada® location in the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) and complete the Official Entry form found in-store, or hand print on a 3"x 5" piece of paper your name, address, age and daytime/evening phone numbers. Mail either form of entry in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed to: CCA Global Partners, Inc. The Tigressa Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 5849, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5849. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 8/20/10 and received by 8/27/10.

   2. Online: You may also enter online during the Promotion Period by going online to www.tigressacarpets.com (the "Website"). Once at the Website, complete the online registration and click "submit" to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You may receive additional entries into the Sweepstakes online as follows:

      1. After completing registration, you may receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes by following the instructions on the Website to log-in to your Twitter account and Tweeting one of the Tweets provided. To receive an additional entry by posting a Tweet, you must be a registered user of Twitter. Registration is free and available at www.Twitter.com. You may receive a limit of one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes by posting a Tweet.

      2. After completing registration, you may receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes by following the instructions on the Website to log-in to your Facebook account and sharing about the Sweepstakes on your Facebook profile. To receive an additional entry by sharing about the Sweepstakes on your Facebook profile, you must be a registered user of Facebook. Registration is free and available at www.Facebook.com. You may receive a limit of one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes by posting on your Facebook profile.

   You will only receive additional entries into the Sweepstakes by accessing Twitter and/or Facebook via the Website. With respect to entries submitted online, Sponsor's computer will be considered the official timekeeping device for purposes of determining whether or not an entry was submitted by the time deadline. Limit three (3) entries per week, per person as follows – one (1) entry per mail-in/online method of entry, one (1) entry per Facebook method of entry, and one (1) entry per Twitter method of entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, damaged, postage due or mutilated mail. No mechanically reproduced, altered, forged, or facsimile entries will be accepted. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of mailing address, email address, and/or telephone number of entrants. In the event of a dispute of an online entry, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

   The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter.com. Facebook and Twitter.com are completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Sweepstakes. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor and not Facebook or Twitter.com.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older; or the age of majority or older in their state/province of primary residence at the time of entry. Employees of CCA Global Partners, Inc., its retailers, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and other agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

4. RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 8/30/10 from among all eligible entries received from all methods combined by Sponsor or its designee, the judges in this Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding. Winners will be notified by phone, mail and/or email at Sponsor's discretion. For Canadian residents only: to claim a prize, Canadian residents must first correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a mathematical skill-testing question at a mutually agreed upon time. The question must be answered correctly within a pre-determined amount of time. In the event that it is not answered correctly, the selected person will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected.

5. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV)/ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize – A trip for winner and one (1) adult guest to India (ARV $12,000). Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) between the major commercial international airport closest to the winner's residence and Delhi, India; standard hotel accommodations of Sponsor's choice consisting of one (1) room for 7-nights (based on double occupancy); opportunity to spend one (1) night at a famous game park and tiger reserve in Rajasthan with game viewing, and the opportunity to tour Delhi, the Taj Mahal and Jaipur. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest will be required to have proof of U.S. or Canadian legal residency prior to awarding of prize. Guest of Grand Prize winner must be 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in his/her state/province of residence at the time the winner is selected. No additional guests may be added. Trip must be completed by 4/30/11 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary, must depart/return from the same major international airport, and must possess all required travel documents. Passports must have a minimum of six (6) months valid use after date of return. Prize must be scheduled by winner at least sixty (60) days prior to commencement of travel. Grand Prize winner and guest must provide their own ground transportation to/from airport of departure/return. Air transportation does not include government taxes, Passenger Facility Charge or September 11th Security Fee. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. Other travel restrictions may apply. All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of commercial variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. ARV for trip prize may vary depending upon points of departure and destination, fare fluctuations and hotel rate changes. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel route and select hotel(s) in its sole discretion. Grand Prize does not include taxes, tips, gratuities, meals (excepted where noted on tours), service charges, room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, airport charges, car/parking, or any other service or item not specifically described above. Trip is not redeemable for cash. No transfer or substitution of trip elements will be permitted. Three (3) First Prizes – A $1,500 Tigress Gift Card (to be redeemed at participating Carpet One Floor & Home®, Flooring America, or Flooring Canada stores in the U.S. and Canada). Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions associated with their use. Five (5) Second Prizes – A Nikon® COOLPIX S3000 Camera (ARV $150 ea.). Total ARV of all prizes $17,250. All prize values are expressed in U.S. dollars. Limit one (1) prize per person. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received from all methods combined. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Grand and First Prize winners who are U.S. residents will receive a 1099 tax form for the approximate retail value of the prize, and the same will be reported to the IRS.

6. GENERAL: Potential Grand and First Prize winners will be required to sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where permitted by law, Publicity Release within ten (10) days of prize notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Guest of Grand Prize winner must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority or older in their state/province of primary residence) and must sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to awarding of prize. Non-compliance with Official Rules will result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner may be selected. If prize notification or prize delivery is returned as undeliverable, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. No correspondence will be acknowledged. No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of prize permitted except that Sponsor reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. Subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws/regulations. Neither Sponsor, its retailers, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion agencies nor their employees will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Acceptance of a prize shall be construed as and signify the winner's agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the winner's name, address, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further consideration or payment, where allowed by law. Winners acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize, if any, are subject to the manufacturers' terms therefore and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or in administration of the Sweepstakes.

   Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall include attorney's fees.

INTERNET: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the electronic portion of the Sweepstakes and to award all prizes from among all eligible entries received from all methods of entry prior to action taken by Sponsor. Caution: Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent of the law.
